The process start with a 30 mins consultation to discuss your companies’ background and the specifics of the position, drafting the job description and advertising it on our job boards, reaching out to candidates in our database, screening resumes and interviewing shortlisted candidates, doing reference check on successful candidates and providing you with candidates information, resumes and screening notes.
We specialize in IT, Healthcare, Financial market, Engineering and Manufacturing. However we pride ourselves in being able to fill any challenging role you may have!
Depending on the role and the level of expertise required, we try to get to work as soon as possible. Our usual turnaround time for mid to senior level recruiting is typically in the range of 1-2 weeks.
Our head Office is in New York City. We primarily operate in United States, but of recent, we’ve also been working with companies in the United Kingdom, Australia and Canada! Our operation span across multiple countries
